The Project Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and project management support for projects producing biochar from various technologies. This includes due diligence of biochar reactors and kilns, R&D for the company, monitoring and reporting onsite, liaising with on-the-ground teams, training and educating on the ground facility management, adapting and improving the technology to optimise biochar production, providing key input to the design of biochar lifecycle systems, testing hardware, and providing technical guidance and feedback to the team. The successful candidate will work with a wide network of people and resources, including external analysis consultants and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
